I placed an ordered and didn't receive it yet, where is it?
All orders are shipped on business days only. Weekends and holidays excluded. We offer 3 types of shipping. Standard domestic shipping takes on average 3-6 business days depending on where it going. Rush shipping takes 2-3 business days only. Express shipping is done via USPS postal service and is 1 day. Some locations are 2 day express locations. All orders are shipped in USPS packaging or plain packaging and no indications of the package contents are displayed on the outside of the package.

What is considered a shipping day?
Shipping days are business days only, meaning Monday thru Friday. However, if the business day also falls on a holiday that is not considered a shipping day.

How long does international shipping take?
International shipping can vary due to customs of different countries. On average many international destinations can expect delivery between 5-10 business days.

My shipping address is different than the one on my charge card, can I change it?
NO. We only ship to the credit card billing address used to process the order. This is to prevent credit card fraud attempts.

I just placed an order and want to cancel it, how can I do this?
Yes you can, but you will be charged $3.00 processing fee due to extra measures that we must take to cancel your order on top of wasted shipping materials. No exceptions to this policy will be accepted.

How will I know when my order ships?
Seeing as we use USPS we always email the tracking information via the USPS system. If you have a email screening program on or a spam blocker the email may be blocked.

I placed an order and want it shipped somewhere else, can I do this?
NO. If you pay online with a credit card we can only ship to the credit card billing address used to process the order. This is to protect against credit card fraud orders.

I made a typing error on my shipping address when I ordered. What should I do?
No problem, just email us and let us know of the additional information we need to ship your order, we will not accept different address requests.

Will my order require a signature?
Some orders will require a signature. If you place an order over $100.00 you will have to sign for it. Some apartment orders may require a signature also.

Do you have a customer service phone number?
Currently we do not have a customer service phone number. All our customer interaction is done via the internet help cut costs which in turn can be passed onto our low product prices.
